Nursing Agency Sydney Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated business with the intention of contributing significantly in the area of health care workforce availability in the Aging and Disability communities around Sydney and the Illawarra region and Country NSW. We are presently engaging potential business partners in remote and Country NSW. We are in the business of caring and we care. We are a committed lot, a patient lot, yet optimistic, and humble. We advocate for residents’ care needs. Caring with integrity is at the centre of our business.

VISION STATEMENT
Addressing the elephant in room, Nursing Agency Sydney Pty Ltd seeks to explore opportunities for overseas recruitment by assisting young people who desire to come and study and work in Australia in the areas of Health and Information Technology (IT) and possibly make Australia home. This will make a real contribution in terms of skilled workforce availability in communities we work with, the Aging and Disability Communities, in the foreseeable future. We care about the present and the future of these two communities when it comes to workforce availability.
Our motivation is altruistic.
Operational Plan/Strategy
For Nursing Agency Sydney Pty Ltd, here known as “The Agency”, to realise that vision, The Agency is in the process of building pools of Nurses and Carers and Staff in all service areas for placement in nursing homes and disability homes in Sydney and Regional Australia. The Agency is seeking partnership with Home Care Providers in the communities that we serve, and we will do the best we can to provide them with qualified staff in areas they would be needing staff.

The Agency has an easy, fair, and robust recruitment process that does not disadvantage any individual or groups of individuals in our wider Australian community. The process ensures that qualified staff are placed on the pool of these special people who will be seconded to Home Care Providers at request. We are an equal opportunities business.

The costs across all the service areas are completely negotiable and that sets the tone and pace for our relationship going forward. A consultative relationship. We believe that no two care homes are the same, hence the comprehensive package. We value relationships. We also believe that the project would be better managed with all the services under one roof. The idea of a One Stop Service Delivery Centre. We also see this set up as benefiting both The Agency and The Client, “A Mutual Relationship.” The client will only know one phone number for their staffing requirements.

Our rostering system is so user friendly that even the client [The Home Care Provider] can upload their staff requirements even for days ahead. The Agency has a small human resources department that handles the day-to-day matters of HR in nature.
