2.Department of Immigration Legal Work Rights (Visa) or Passport

3.AHPRA Registration for Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Physiotherapists and Podiatrists

4.Certificate Ill in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) for AIN and Nurse Escort and an equivalent for Physio-Aids and Lifestyle)

5.Appropriate qualifications for Servery Staff (Chefs, Cooks, Kitchen Hands, Food Handlers)

6.Appropriate qualifications for Cleaners and Handymen

7. Appropriate qualification for laundry staff

8 .Appropriate qualification for all other support services ( Plumbing and Grounds Maintenance)

9.  Photo ID (Front page of a passport or an Australian Driver's licence)

9 Your foreign passport and proof of residency

10.Resume/CV

11.Vaccination Record

12. NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)

13. Working With Children (WWC)

14. All care staff will have evidence of the following competences undertaken within the last twelve months

       (i) Hand washing (ii) Manual Handling (iii) Elder Abuse  (iv)  Donning and Doffing PPE (v) Medication Management for RNs, ENs

       (vi) First Aid (vii) Medication Competency for Cert 4.
